Club Training
Club training is designed to cater for a range of requirements & different standards of runner, from first timers through to serious competitors:
-
twice-weekly training runs on Monday & Thursday nights from Royton Cricket Club

longer weekend runs, organised informally by club members
-
Couch to 5K programmes through RunTogether
-
away nights on occasions during the summer (social runs in different locations)
-
many members also benefit from track sessions offered by OCL
