RRR TRAINING GROUP: 9:30 - 11:00 MINS/MILE (APPROX 68 MINUTE 10K PACE)

As with all groups at the club we accommodate people who run a bit faster & people who run a bit slower. We re-group at key points on every route & encourage the faster runners to loop back so that everyone gets a breather. We are a chatty group & by getting to know each other we plan runs that meet everyone's needs.
