RRR TRAINING GROUP: 11:00 - 12:00 MINS/MILE (APPROX 75-MINUTE 10K PACE)
We are a friendly, chatty, positive group who run at 11:00 - 12:00 minute per mile pace for around 6 miles. Summer runs are mainly off-road and more scenic and in the winter we mostly run on the roads.
We welcome new graduates from the RunTogether group at 10K distance, and aid those who wish to progress to faster groups. We also welcome those returning from injury who wish to run at a slower pace. We aim to re-group at key points to ensure no-one is left behind, and encourage faster runners to loop back.
