TRAINING
Club training is designed to cater for a range of requirements & different standards of runner, from first timers through to serious competitors:
- twice-weekly training runs on Monday & Thursday nights from Royton Cricket Club
- weekly track sessions on Monday & Wednesday nights from Kingsway Park
- RunTogether beginner sessions from Royton Cricket Club
- beginner sessions in Saddleworth with the Greenfield Greyhounds
- weekend morning runs, organised informally by runners of a similar standard
- away nights on occasions during the summer, social runs in different locations
