I decided to check out the service offered by Mountainfeet in mid-October 2008 - and am very glad I did! Never before have my feet been given so much attention - examined, measured & recorded on video as I walked & ran barefoot on the treadmill, with all details recorded on their database (see right). I left the shop with some new (and very comfortable) insoles, fitted precisely to my foot shape, possibly the most comfortable running socks I've ever worn & an order for some new Inov-8 off-road shoes - but most importantly, confidence that I've got no serious problems & I've been wearing the right size of running shoe.
