RRR TRAINING GROUP: 8:30 - 9:30 MINS/MILE (APPROX 56 MINUTE 10K PACE)

Our group is friendly with a laugh thrown in for good measure. We look out for each other with positive encouragement given during all our runs by everyone. We regroup at regular points & if anyone wants to go a bit faster then that is OK, but we do ask that they loop to the back regularly to offer support to the rest of the group.

The routes are planned in advance & are usually between 6-7 miles. From time to time we may join the 9:30 - 10:30 pace group so that anyone who wants to step up can get to know us first. Our group will also on occasion have runners dropping down from the faster groups who have either been racing or are returning from injury. This allows us to get to know them too & makes it easier for anyone who wants to move up to a faster group to do so.
