RRR TRAINING GROUP: 7:30 - 8:30 MINS/MILE (APPROX 50 MINUTE 10K PACE)

Monday & Thursday runs are normally 8-10 miles with hills, flat, park & road taken into account. We try to keep the group together, so if we feel some faster runners are stretching the group then they will turn around & run to the back to chat to/assist the newer/slower-paced runners.

We cater for runners returning from injury, those who have had a busy day at work & don't wish to run at a faster pace or people who are stepping up to a new group. Nobody will be left at the back by themselves!

On the occasions we go beyond the 8-mile mark we always inform people in case they have another engagement they have to get to.
