RRR TRAINING GROUP: 11:00 - 11:30 MINS/MILE (APPROX 70 MINUTE 10K PACE)
We run at 11:00 - 11:30 minute per mile pace for around 6 miles, with occasional walk breaks. Summer runs are mainly off-road & more scenic, in the winter mostly on the roads. Thursday sessions are aimed at improving speed/stamina with the occasional hill route. These are organised so that everyone is running within their zone & no-one pushed too hard or left behind.
We welcome many of the club's new members & graduates from the Run England Group. We aim to aid those who wish to progress through to a faster group with our drill sessions & using a loop-back system to allow everyone to run at their own pace.
