FAVOURITE RACE: London Marathon.

TOUGHEST RACE: Snowdonia Marathon.

FAVOURITE TRAINING RUN: Thursday club run in the summer.

MOST MEMORABLE/PROUDEST RUNNING MOMENT: Completing the London Marathon in a PB, 12 months after being diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic & being told my marathon running days may be over. And being awarded the Rod Bowers Trophy in 2007. 

FUNNIEST/MOST EMBARRASSING RUNNING MOMENT: Being beaten by Brian Moore. I think it only happened once!

FAVOURITE PRE-RACE MEAL: Can't say, don't want Stuart Carroll to know, he's too fast already.

PRE-RACE SUPERSTITIONS: Three number twos before a marathon. 

RUNNING AMBITIONS: To beat Stuart Carroll in a race, to get the Club membership to 100, to get Brian Moore to rejoin & to get over 100 runners at this year's Royton Trail.
