Anyone with troublesome knee ,ankle or hip joints try Meltdown sport gold as advertised in runners world, chondroitin- glucosamine. I have been on these for a week now and have acheived incredible results in my  spinal joints when i had given up on returning back to running for a long time, i know these worked for me and would recommend them to all runners with joint niggles ( George give them a try mate they are seriously good) £14.99 for a months supply ( you too Tony hunking and you Ray also Trevor) this is well worth purchasing. And no i do not have shares in the company! 

Aren't these perscribed by vets for horses?

i will have to give them a try. bodies falling apart and i need all the help i can get!!! but will i be drugs tested when i get faster than group one?
