Just wondering if we can get a list compiled together of the different pack run groups that go out Monday and Thursdays with apox distance and pace.

1. Mark Kelly , Run England  Distant between 1 and 4 miles. Pace 12-15 min miles approx.

2. Trever, Distant 6 miles at 10 - 12 min miles pace aprox.

3.

4.

5.

Please fill the rest in using copy paste if you know and maybe print out and stick on the notice board once complete.

I know i will find it helpful after returning from a Injury and nasty accident so i can plan my training.

Thanks John

Hi John

You might be interested in running with our group if you want to run about 8 - 9 miles in 80 mins or so; it's what was Geoff's group and for the sake of tradition I'm calling it the Cordwell group.  We ran 9.2 miles on Monday and according to my garmin we did 87% at about 8:15 pace; that was fast as we had 3 or 4 running around 8min/mile and the rest of us were trying to hang on.  Bit late but tonight we are planning 8 miles, no hills, slightly shorter than Monday as it's Holmfirth on Sunday.

We aim to do either a hill session on Thursdays or we're looking at speed play; and Monday is a straight run.

Hi Jeff

You may have moved on but you are certainly not forgotten your enthusiam for running will ensure that with those who have run with you.  Nice to see you're still taking an interest in the club and trust that you are running well.

Best wishes and an early christmas greeting.
